What to do if you think you’ve received scam mail. Please include any items of mail you’ve received that you believe were sent by fraudsters. This should include the original envelope, email, text message or social media message that it was sent in.
A few things that we can help you with & do for you
You can contact us if you receive a letter from a legitimate supplier (like British Gas or Sky TV) regarding a renewal of your contract.
You can contact us if you receive a email from a legitimate supplier (like Microsoft or PayPal) regarding a renewal of your contract.
You can contact us if you receive a text message from a legitimate organisation (like your bank or HMRC) regarding sending money.
Things that we can’t help you with or do for you
X Bitcoin scams
X Money sent to romance scammers
X Remote access scams / Microsoft refund scams
X Some banks / credit card companies that charge you (the consumer) for a chargeback request.
X Money lost through money transfer services such as TransferWise Wise or CashApps
(most cash apps and money transfer services refuse to help with “authorised” transfers and many of them don’t offer chargebacks)
If you ever fall victim to one of these scams then unfortunately it is very unlikely that we will be able to recover your funds, some scammers will move money from the account that you transfer to very quickly.
The faster you act normally delivers the best results so please phone us as soon as you notice that you are in one of these situations then please contact us ASAP
For urgent assistance please text “SCAM” to – 07535346404 and we will contact you as soon as we can, please only contact us in situations which involved you sending money to a scammer. If you are in immediate danger then please call the police straight away.

We are looking for people to help with communication, contacting legitimate company’s to investigate the source of suspicious correspondence and proactively looking for scam profiles on social media.

Full training will be provided and you can work in the comfort of your own home, we are particularly interested in hearing from residents that live in the UK or USA.
